With Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden has fulfilled his promise to nominate a radically pro-abortion justice who the far-left brags “will advance progressive political causes” and “uphold” a pro-abortion agenda.

Just a few examples:

In 2001, Jackson was cited on an amicus brief filed by pro-choice advocacy groups that blocked the First Amendment rights of pro-life supporters near abortion clinics.
In 2018, Jackson ruled against President Trump’s attempt to defund Planned Parenthood by cutting $200 million in Title X family planning grants for abortion providers.
When Jackson clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer, Breyer authored a decision striking down a Nebraska law banning “partial-birth abortion.” The vast majority of Americans oppose this horrific practice, which even Joe Biden previously voted to outlaw.

Would Biden’s nominee force taxpayers to fund abortions? Would that nominee force pro-life doctors to violate their religious beliefs and perform them? Those are the current policies of the Biden administration. What about widely-supported, backed-by-science, moral restrictions on late-term abortion? What about infanticide? All important questions.
