In her 1992 thesis, Jackson wrote that “constitutional rights are not absolute.” That’s the exact language Biden has used repeatedly, and as recently as last month, when talking about the Second Amendment.
In fact, Jackson has never affirmed that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right keep and bear arms.
Biden said proponents of inflicting legal consequences on law-abiding gun-owners would “lead” his anti-Second Amendment efforts. Would Jackson support that unconstitutional agenda?
