In fact, Jackson has never affirmed that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right keep and bear arms.
Biden said proponents of inflicting legal consequences on law-abiding gun-owners would “lead” his anti-Second Amendment efforts. Would Jackson support that unconstitutional agenda?
