Why is Joe Biden so emphatically trying to redefine infrastructure? Perhaps because he has destroyed actual infrastructure projects at every opportunity during the early months of his presidency.

How about the Keystone XL pipeline? Biden destroyed thousands of jobs on day 1 with the stroke of a pen, because apparently he does not view energy infrastructure that creates jobs, lowers energy prices, and safely transports energy as “infrastructure.”

And what about security infrastructure like the border wall? Thanks to Biden’s obstruction, smugglers are exploiting gaps in the wall that were previously set to be built. Biden’s orders even stopped gates from receiving replacement motors so they could close. Apparently, Biden does not view construction that would help end his border crisis and keep Americans safe as “infrastructure.”

But instead of a real infrastructure plan, only 7% of Biden’s “infrastructure” package is for roads, highways, bridges, ports, waterways, and airports.
That’s why Democrats are trying their best to redefine “infrastructure” as almost everything under the sun. Biden’s plan is not about infrastructure. It is a plan to levy a job-destroying $2 trillion tax hike while forcing through a far-left, Green New Deal-style agenda.
