Joe Biden’s border crisis is having deadly consequences.

According to CBS News, “the cartels use a flood of migrants to move a river of drugs,” with Biden’s policies contributing to a wave of heartbreak across America as families struggle with the opioid crisis.

Per the report:

  • CBS’ Norah O’Donnell: “A flood of drugs coming into this country at the U.S.-Mexico border. Record amounts of opioids, and along with them, deadly consequences.”
  • U.S. Border Patrol Agent Joel Freeland: “We are seeing that the cartels are exploiting our current influx of unaccompanied children as well as our influx of single adults and they're bringing hard drugs.”
  • CBS’ Janet Shamlian: “The drugs coming across the border here are fueling an unprecedented epidemic across the country, the toll of which can be counted in the skyrocketing number of overdose deaths.”

Texas alone has seen an 800% increase in highly lethal fentanyl seizures at the border, and in the first 4 months of 2021, Texas seized the equivalent of 21.5 million lethal doses of fentanyl.

But this crisis is not only felt at the border. As law enforcement shares, it is contributing to a worsening opioid crisis in almost every part of the country.

Why does Biden refuse to take action to stop this flow of drugs? Why is he refusing to spend more on border security? When will Kamala Harris, his border czar, stop laughing, stop rolling her eyes, and actually visit the border?

Biden’s border crisis is having deadly consequences, and Americans deserve a president who cares.
