Kathy Hochul Joins Forces With Communist Zohran Mamdani

The Democrat Party’s open embrace of a communist running to be the mayor of America’s largest city is nearly complete.

This weekend, Zohran Mamdani officially earned the endorsement of “The Worst Governor in America” – Kathy Hochul. 

Hochul is backing Mamdani’s Communist, anti-police, pro-crime, pro-illegal alien agenda. But this comes as no surprise given Hochul’s own soft-on-crime, pro-illegal alien record. 

Mamdani is so far left, even the Communist Party USA is cheering him on.
 

 
Hochul joins a long list of Democrats who have refused to condemn and even outright endorsed Mamdani and his agenda: 
 

• Senator Elizabeth Warren said Zohran Mamdani's communist agenda is the Democrat message.
• Senator Bernie Sanders said he will do “everything he can” to ensure Mamdani’s socialist agenda is implemented in New York.
• Senator Elissa Slotkin called Communist Mamdani a "new generation of leadership."
• Senator Chris Murphy said Democrats "should learn" from his "big, bold ideas."
• Senator Chris Van Hollen said Democrats must start shaping the future by supporting Mamdani. 
• Senator Chuck Schumer praised Mamdani for running an “impressive campaign.”
• House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries wants to turn Mamdani's "proposals into actual plans."
• Rep. Mikie Sherrill said she will be supporting Mamdani.
• Rep. Ro Khanna endorsed Mamdani, saying “He's a very charismatic, relatable person."
• Rep. Luz Rivas loves Mamdani’s ideas (despite having no idea how they would work). 
• Rep. Debbie Dingell: “I think he's a very personable, smart, young man.”
• Rep. Nydia Velazquez: “It’s just beautiful to have someone who is so authentic.”
• Rep. Pramila Jayapal: “Zohran Mamdani is an incredible talent, it's hard not to be won over.”
• Rep. Rashida Tlaib: “I can go on and on about him … There’s something incredible, something beautiful about his own lived experience but also the fact that someone like Zohran has been successful in telling our story.”
• Rep. Andre Carson called Mamdani “a smart man.”
• Rep. Robert Garcia said Democrats “need to get on board” with Mamdani’s campaign and that he is “the future” of the party.

Instead of listening to the will of the American people and rejecting extremism, Democrats are leaning further in – becoming dangerously out of touch.  If Democrats are willing to surrender the largest city in America to Communism, what is keeping them from stopping there?
