Killer Released By Fetterman-Backed DA Wanted For Murder

Rapid Response

In 2012, Jahmir Harris was convicted of first-degree murder for gunning down a father in front of his 5-year-old son. Harris was sentenced to life in prison.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner's “Conviction Integrity Unit” didn’t like that decision, so Harris was released last year.

Now Harris is once again wanted for MURDER.

How does John Fetterman feel about Krasner? He loves him and refers to him as “a champion of criminal justice reform."

But Fetterman doesn’t just love Krasner — he also loves Krasner’s “Conviction Integrity Unit,” which he’s praised as “truly groundbreaking” and “crucial.” Fetterman even said the unit “should be mandatory in all of PA’s 67 counties.”

Does Fetterman believe Krasner made the right decision to free Harris of his life sentence?
