It’s a moment 49 years in the making.
In an historic victory for the right to life, the Supreme Court has officially overturned Roe v. Wade and returned the abortion debate to where a majority of Americans want it to be – with the people.
For decades, the Republican Party has stood together with the pro-life movement to bring an end to abortion-on-demand in this country. This decision was made possible because Republican voters showed up – not just to elect Republican presidents, but also to elect Republican senators.
The fact is Americans overwhelmingly support pro-life policies. 71 percent of Americans want at least some restrictions on abortion; just 15 percent of voters support abortion without limits. The Court’s decision means voters and their elected officials – not unelected judges – will be able to decide laws that protect unborn children and support their mothers.
Meanwhile, Democrats support taxpayer funded abortion-on-demand until the moment of birth – with no limits – and will do everything in their power to push their radical agenda. Democrats will use this decision to fearmonger, call for violence and intimidation, and attempt to destroy our institutions.
The only way to stop them is to vote them out in November.
