Since Maine
Democrats forced Graham Platner out of the Senate race only when he became
a liability for them, they have been conducting closed door meetings to
crown their next candidate without letting Maine voters have their say.

Hear what
people are saying about Maine Democrats taking a page straight out of the
Biden-Harris playbook:
- Joe
Concha: "This is the party that says over and over
again...they only exist to 'save democracy,' so what are they gonna do
again? They're going to install a candidate."
- Guy
Benson: “Now those votes are going in the trash can, and
they’ll be replaced by 600 party insiders…”
- Clay
Travis: "This is going to go as poorly as kicking Joe
Biden to the curb and replacing him...we’re [talking] about a 100-day
campaign from someone that the Maine voters did not actually vote
for."
- Lindsey
Granger: "This looks reminiscent of what happened with
Kamala. Somebody was...ordained into an opportunity without there being a
runoff or a race.”
- Fox
News: "[Democrats] set up a nomination convention to
pick the next nominee but it’s already causing problems. Maine voters say
they feel left out by the process."
- Fox
News: "The voters don’t get to decide here, it’s the
Democratic Party that gets to decide."
Maine
Democrats are icing voters out and picking their own candidate through closed
door meetings and backroom deals. Voters deserve to have a voice in their
representation. What are Maine Democrats hiding from?
