The “FACTS” show an unmitigated humanitarian disaster — with no sign of letting up. Even after last month’s record-setting number of illegal crossings, illegal immigrants continue to overwhelm the system in record numbers under Biden, resulting in disrupted international commerce, closed interior security checkpoints, and drained social services.
With as many as 85 percent of illegal immigrants released into communities across the country to await court dates YEARS from now, local officials are now dealing with “nightmare” scenarios.
For the Biden administration, it’s going exactly as planned. On day one, Biden began methodically and systematically undermining border enforcement, including by issuing 94 executive actions on immigration in his first 100 days.
They have since rejected every single border security proposal from Republicans, including legislation passed by House Republicans almost 250 days ago. They have scoffed at almost every action to meaningful address the ongoing border surge — all while outrageously accusing Republicans of ignoring the issue.
And they’re not going to stop until their goal of a fully open southern border has been reached.
