Jackson has praised and defended critical race theory proponents. She has highlighted CRT ideas in lectures and speeches. She has said CRT is involved in sentencing policy. And now she refuses to disavow CRT at a school where she sits on the board.
During questioning with Sen. Ted Cruz, Jackson claimed CRT did not come up in her work, but Cruz quickly pointed to a quote where she said it does, in fact, come up in her work.
Ketanji Brown Jackson says Critical Race Theory “doesn’t come up in the work that I do as a judge.”

Later, Jackson said CRT was not taught in elementary schools, but Cruz presented many examples of CRT being taught at Georgetown Day School, where she sits on the board.
Not “in the library.” ASSIGNED to kids aged 4-7. https://t.co/Qt5SgeOpHz

Jackson claimed she didn’t know if CRT was taught at Georgetown Day School, but according to reporting from Fox News, Jackson touted the “progressive education” at Georgetown Day School, where teachers had kids participant in “segregation simulation[s].” On top of that, Georgetown Day School publicly says board members, like Jackson, are involved in executing their “anti-racism action plan.”
Democrats in school districts around the country are trying to push a leftist ideology while blocking parents from having a say in their kids’ education. The Biden Justice Department launched an investigation after a letter labeled parents “domestic terrorists.”
Would Ketanji Brown Jackson defend the Democrats’ radical agenda if confirmed?
