Biden’s border crisis is worse than ever.
After months of Biden and Harris claiming they were “making progress” on the crisis, the number of unaccompanied migrant children encountered at the border per day is increasing. This week, the number passed the numbers seen in March and April.
It’s clear – Harris’ focus on the “root causes” in Central America have done nothing to stem the tide. Why? Because the true root cause is Biden’s open borders agenda.
As described by Guatemala President Alejandro Giammattei, Biden’s rhetoric is to blame for the border crisis: “The message changed…the very next day the coyotes were here organizing groups of children to take them to the United States.”

And that rhetoric has been compounded by disastrous policies. As NBC News reported: “families taking a drastic step, choosing to separate, sending their children alone over the border because they know the Biden administration will let them stay.”

There’s a reason even Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton rejected the policies Biden is currently adopting – they encourage children to take the dangerous journey to the border. The result? A humanitarian crisis, with children abandoned, abused, and assaulted.
The surge in unaccompanied minors has not been resolved, no matter Biden and Harris’ claims. The new increases show that 5 months into Biden’s administration, the border crisis is worse than ever. But instead of changing course, he is doubling down on failure.
