A deranged man attempted to stab a Republican candidate and New York’s Democrat laws released him in a matter of hours…that’s how *seriously* Democrats take our safety.
Thank God Congressman and New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin is okay. But as Zeldin predicted, the man who targeted him was “released on his own recognizance” almost instantly.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. One-third of people released under New York’s bail “reform” were rearrested including thousands who were rearrested for violent crimes. And what does Biden have to say? Nothing about the attack. Nothing about New York’s failed laws. In fact, he told cities to “follow [New York City’s] lead” even as crime surges by up to 37%.
So much for his “pathetic” “Safer America” plan that is little more than an “empty press release.” If Biden truly wanted a safer America, he’d call on Democrats to stop making our nation’s streets less safe.
