Why are Democrats so concerned about the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision? Because they’ve gone from the party of safe, legal, and rare to the party of abortion until birth with no limits.

For reference, no European country says abortion is a right enshrined in their Constitution. Not a single one. Like democracies should do, they debate and the people’s representatives decide on abortion laws and limits.
So why are Democrats so afraid of democracy? Because they believe in abortion without limits until the moment of birth. In fact, 49 of 50 Senate Democrats voted to legalize abortion nationwide until birth with effectively no limits this year – a move Joe Biden strongly supported.
That puts them at odds with the 71 percent of Americans who want at least some restrictions on abortion and the 54 percent who back limiting abortion at 15 weeks. That’s why Democrats are terrified – when you oppose the 71 percent, you’re likely not going to win many elections.
