On the border, Biden chooses mistruths over facts

As Joe Biden’s border crisis gets worse and worse, his administration is committed to their falsehoods as they double down on failing policies.

Just today, Biden’s FY2022 discretionary funding request eliminates all funding for the border wall – DURING A BORDER CRISIS! Experts say border walls work, and Biden’s construction obstruction is literally throwing the border wide open.

And what about Biden’s crisis manager Kamala Harris? She was recruited over TWO WEEKS ago to handle the Biden border crisis, but Harris and Biden still do not have any plans to visit the border and see the crisis Biden’s open borders agenda has created.

And to make matters worse, the Biden administration is continuing to spread misinformation about the border crisis. Here are just three recent claims Biden has made that are disproven by last month’s data.

• BIDEN CLAIM: “Nothing has changed...It happens every single solitary year."
• FACT: There were 172,331 border apprehensions in March, 3.3x higher than the average from 2017-2020. That includes almost 19,000 unaccompanied children, the highest monthly total ever recorded.

• BIDEN CLAIM: The “vast majority of the families” crossing the border illegally are being sent back.
• FACT: CBP data shows only 32% of family units were expelled in March.

• BIDEN CLAIM: Migrants are “not” attempting to cross the border illegally because of his policies.
• FACT: Migrants have been telling reporters they are crossing because of Biden and some are even wearing Biden t-shirts.

Obstruction, mistruth, and failing policies – Biden’s border agenda is such a disaster, he either does not care that he created a crisis, or is too incompetent to do anything to solve it.
