Yes, there was a vaccine plan.

Over the weekend, Biden officials continued to insist that there was no vaccine distribution plan before they entered office, a claim that flies in the face of existing vaccination rates.

Thanks to Operation Warp Speed, the Biden administration inherited a program that was already meeting Joe Biden’s goal of 100 million doses in 100 days:

• Washington Post: “The accelerating pace of inoculations suggests he inherited a program poised to meet his target of 100 million doses in 100 days”
• Dr. Anthony Fauci: “We certainly are not starting from scratch”
• Washington Examiner: “On Wednesday, the day the presidency transitioned, the U.S. vaccinated a record 1.5 million people.”

So yes, there was a vaccine plan. Just because Biden officials keep saying there wasn’t doesn’t make it true.
