Earlier this week, Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Joe Biden likes to “shoot from the shoulder” when discussing foreign policy.
Today is a reminder of just how dangerous Biden’s careless, inconsistent, and weak foreign policy truly is to our country. One year ago today, Biden promised, “We will not conduct a hasty rush to the exit [in Afghanistan]. We’ll do it responsibly, deliberately, and safely.

Instead, Biden delivered chaos, death, and a new terrorist safe haven.
13 U.S. servicemembers were killed and nearly 9,000 Americans were abandoned. The number of al Qaeda operatives in Afghanistan has increased since U.S. forces withdrew, with both ISIS-K and al Qaeda having the intent to attack America. There have been over 490 revenge killings and forced disappearances of former U.S. workers and allies. 131,000 children may die of hunger.
The administration has gone from saying “the words of a president matter,” to no one should listen to what Biden has to say. He has broken his promises and handed our enemies victories. The result? Al Qaeda, the Taliban, China, Russia, Hamas, Iran, Venezuela, and others are emboldened, and America is less safe.
