“I’M TAKING SOME PERSONAL TIME” he cried — arrogant, bizarre, and quintessentially Pete Buttigieg.
I asked Secretary Buttigieg about the crisis in East Palestine and I guess he didn’t like that so he took a pic of me. Im just doing my job, sir. @DailyCaller pic.twitter.com/HjKNgF25FJ

Out for some “personal time” on a public sidewalk, Buttigieg snapped at a journalist who inquired about his (lack of) response to the toxic train disaster in East Palestine, Ohio — then demanded a photo of her.
Is Buttigieg buckling under the weight of his own repeated failure?
His disturbing meltdown comes after his day of excuses in the press (don’t worry, he was a mayor) and amid a lengthy list of screwups in his time as transportation secretary. But it’s also cover for an administration that simply does not care about a disaster unfolding in rural Ohio. Biden hasn’t said a word about it publicly — and residents have noticed.
If Buttigieg had any dignity, he’d resign and spare the American people of his negligence.
