RNC Files Complaint Against Maine Secretary of State for Voter Roll Violations

Rapid Response

After Maine’s Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows admitted that non-citizens were registered to vote in Maine, the RNC is stepping in to protect Maine’s elections.

The RNC has sent a formal complaint to the DOJ, accusing Bellows of violating the National Voter Registration Act by failing to turn over public records about Maine's voter list maintenance.

Bellows is a radical leftist who tried to remove President Trump from the 2024 ballot and is now refusing to comply with the DOJ’s requests for information on Maine’s voter rolls.

Rather than comply with the requests for information on Maine’s voter data, Bellows told President Trump’s DOJ to “go jump in the Gulf of Maine.”

Bellows is a radical left-wing candidate for Governor of Maine who would rather play partisan games than protect the integrity of citizens' votes in her state.
