Yesterday’s debates showed that while Ohio Democrat Tim Ryan and Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams may be the darlings of the far-left, the far-left is way out of step with Georgia and Ohio.
Take cash bail for example. Both Ryan and Abrams were called out for wanting to enable crime by eliminating cash bail. And make no mistake, they want to eliminate cash bail.

In case you aren’t familiar, ending cash bail, or “bail reform” as proponents ridiculously call it, has been a disaster in New York. Among those New York has allowed to stay on the streets: people who attacked cops, mugged people with a weapon, and committed heinous hate crimes. Up to 40% of those people released were rearrested. One man out on bail after multiple arrests killed a woman.
Ryan and Abrams aren’t alone – eliminating cash bail is the de facto position of the Democrat party, with support from Cheri Beasley, John Fetterman, Raphael Warnock, and Mandela Barnes. That’s today’s Democrat party, putting criminals over victims.
