The Democrats’ definition of “COVID relief"

The Democrats made their warped definition of “COVID relief” clear with the $1.9 trillion stimulus boondoggle they passed last year: Funding crack pipes for drug addicts, forcing critical race theory into classrooms, sending checks to felons, and giving benefits to illegal immigrants, all with your money.

• Crack pipes: The Biden administration wanted to fund “smoking kits” in the name of “equity” – which they did not deny included crack pipes for drug addicts until after they were called out. Now, they are bizarrely opposing a measure to block the government from funding crack pipes.
• CRT: Democrats blocked a Republican amendment to tie school funds to actually reopening. Now, radical school boards are using that money to force CRT into classrooms.
• Checks to felons: Democrats blocked a Republican amendment to keep felons from getting stimulus checks. As a result, felons received close to a billion dollars of your money.
• Benefits to illegal immigrants: Republicans tried to prevent government benefits from going to illegal immigrants, but Democrats fought for it tooth and nail. Now, Ocasio-Cortez is bragging about helping “huge amounts” of illegal immigrants access government benefits.

Remember, only 9% of the bloated progressive payoff went directly towards fighting the pandemic and it included over $1 trillion in wasteful pork spending. The result? Even liberal economists say the “wall of money” Democrats wasted led to the largest spike in inflation in 40 years.

More money for criminals, less money for you – that’s the Democrat definition of “COVID relief.”
