The Latest: Biden’s COVID Chaos

Joe Biden’s administration is in disarray.

Their COVID strategy is a mess. They claim they were “prepared,” but the evidence shows the opposite. In fact, Press Secretary Jen Psaki was roasted in today’s briefing for how unprepared the Biden administration was:

The Biden administration can’t even give a straight answer on whether they saw Omicron coming. Here’s just a sample of the messaging whiplash from the last week:

• Harris on December 17: “We didn’t see Delta coming…We didn’t see Omicron coming.”
• Fauci on December 19: “We definitely saw variants coming.”
• Biden on December 21: “The Omicron virus spread even more rapidly than anybody thought.”
• Walensky on December 21: “We knew that Omicron had this capacity to increase at this rate.”
• Biden just a few minutes ago: *laughing* “Nobody saw it coming.”

So what’s the correct answer? Did they see it coming or not? Are Biden’s COVID advisors not speaking with Biden and Harris? What’s going on here?

Biden promised to “shut down the virus.” He has delivered chaos instead.
