Every Senate Democrat except one just voted for the most extreme pro-abortion bill in the history of the United States.

Democrats’ “Abortion for All” Act would strike down many commonsense pro-life protections and mandate abortion with effectively no limits. Democrats’ insistence that it limits late-term abortion does not hold weight. In fact, the bill purposefully allows abortion on demand, for virtually any reason, up until the moment of birth.

And that’s not all. The bill would eliminate or threaten:

Existing bans on late-term abortions and horrific procedures.
- 71% oppose abortion up to the moment of birth.
- 54% favor limiting abortion at 15 weeks, a more liberal line than even in most European countries.
- 50% favor limiting abortion at 6 weeks.
Parental notification laws for minors.
- 70% favor parental notification laws
Conscience protections for pro-life doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- 83% support such protections.
Provisions against tax-payer funded abortions.
- Americans oppose taxpayer-funded abortions by a 20 point margin.
Laws requiring waiting periods.
- 66% of Americans support a 24-hour waiting period, in line with many European countries.
Requirements that a doctor with hospital admitting privileges perform the abortion.
- 69% support such a requirement.
Information requirements.
- 57% support showing an ultrasound.
- 88% support informing women about alternatives before an abortion.
