The true cost of Biden's reckless spending

For Democrats, there’s perhaps nothing more appealing than wasting other people’s money. Just look at Biden’s “Build Back Broke Plan.”

Claim: Biden: “My Build Back [Broke] Agenda costs zero dollars.”

My Build Back Better Agenda costs zero dollars.

Instead of wasting money on tax breaks, loopholes, and tax evasion for big corporations and the wealthy, we can make a once-in-a-generation investment in working America.

And it adds zero dollars to the national debt.

Facts:

• Price Tag – Biden’s plan currently costs at least $3.5 trillion, but the price tag could actually be as high as $5.5 trillion according to one nonpartisan analysis.
• Rising Prices – Consumer prices have spiked and producer price increases have reached new record highs for the past 5 months in a row. Even liberal economists like Obama advisor Larry Summers warn “the inflation risk is real” with this type of reckless spending. That’s a hidden tax on ALL Americans.
• Paychecks Worth Less – Because of rising prices, real wages have GONE DOWN under Biden. He’s not empowering workers, he’s making workers poorer.
• Higher Taxes – According to the Joint Committee on Taxation, families making as little as $50,000 dollars a year will see tax hikes under Biden’s plan. So much for Biden’s promises to not raise taxes on middle class families.
• Other Impacts – Biden has attacked American energy from day one, and his radical Green New Deal style policies continue to hurt the millions of workers who work in the fossil fuel industry – while continuing to raise heating and gas costs for all Americans.

Biden must think his “Build Back Broke” plan “costs zero dollars” because it’s not his money. If it was, maybe he’d think twice about recklessly wasting it on socialist schemes that will make all Americans worse off.
