On a radio show yesterday, fraud Tim Ryan insisted he doesn’t want to decriminalize all drugs, including fentanyl. He called questions about his position “bullshit” and nowhere “near reality.”
Ryan is LYING. There are receipts.
In 2019, Ryan signed on to the ACLU pledge to reduce the U.S. prison population by 50%. That pledge explicitly says “decriminalizing ALL drug possession” is an essential part of the plan. The ACLU even thanked him for making “the ACLU commitment.”
Equally concerning, Ryan said he was “all for” RELEASING all "non-violent criminals” from prison. Based on commonly understood definitions, that includes those in prison for “the distribution of deadly illicit drugs, such as the opioid fentanyl.”
NEW: In 2019, Ohio Democrat Tim Ryan said he was “all for” RELEASING all "nonviolent criminals” — including fentanyl dealers.

Tim Ryan is for legalizing illicit fentanyl possession and releasing fentanyl dealers from prison. That’s what he said. So is he a fraud and liar, or a far-left hypocrite? Most likely, both.
