Joe Biden promised unity, instead he delivered a crime wave.
Philadelphia broke its all-time homicide record last year and has seen a massive jump in virtually all crimes. Instead of addressing this destruction – aided and abetted by pro-criminal Democrats across the country – Biden would rather repeat his smears of millions of Americans while in Philadelphia.
