Trump Achieved The Lowest Number of Illegal Alien Encounters in History

Border Patrol encountered just 6,070 illegal immigrants at the southern border in June —15% lower than March.

Nationwide illegal immigrant encounters in June were the lowest in U.S. history. President Trump beat his OWN record in lowest encounters, which he achieved in February 2025.
 


 

President Trump continues to deliver on his promise to secure the border. In June, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported:

  • Record-low nationwide encounters at 25,243
  • Zero releases into the U.S. for second month in a row
  • Gotaways down 90% from last year
  • June 28th was a single-day record low of illegal alien encounters at 137
  • FY 2025 is on track to see the fewest illegal immigrant encounters in five decades

These historic numbers prove that America needed President Trump to secure our border. President Trump will continue to shatter records on illegal immigration, and his One, Big, Beautiful Bill will fund record immigration enforcement once passed!
