Warnock: Taxes for thee, money for me.

Georgia Democrat Raphael Warnock is a hypocrite.

• Warnock "has an unusual financial arrangement with an outside employer that allowed him to avoid income taxes on $89,000 in outside salary last year, according to tax experts," which may violate federal law.

• Also Warnock: Votes to raise the tax burden on Americans making as little as $20,000 a year and send 87,000 IRS enforcers after small businesses and the middle class.

This comes after he doubled his income since becoming a senator, joining a long pattern of  Senate Democrats like Nevada’s Catherine Cortez Masto and Arizona’s Mark Kelly who have seen themselves and their allies reap in the money while supporting an agenda that has actively lowered real wages and made the American people poorer.

“Taxes for thee, money for me” is fast becoming the 2022 slogan for Senate Democrats, brought to you by senators like Raphael Warnock.
