In a late-night news dump last night, the Biden administration released data showing 230,678 illegal immigrants were encountered at the southern border in October — the highest October number in DHS history.
Raphael Warnock owns this border crisis. In fact, Warnock has enthusiastically voted in lockstep with his party against virtually every border security measure of the past two years.
Warnock voted to support sanctuary cities and send stimulus checks to illegal immigrants, opposed legislation to fund Title 42, and repeatedly voted against funding the border wall. Warnock voted against hiring more border agents, deporting felons, preventing illegal immigrants convicted of crimes from becoming permanent residents — and voted twice against strengthening the successful Remain in Mexico policy.
Warnock even voted to confirm a border crisis denier as head of Customs and Border Protection.
None of Warnock’s votes help protect border communities from the free-for-all of illegal immigration, stop the flow of illicit drugs into the country, or provide Border Patrol with the resources they need to protect the American people.
