Where are the tests, Joe Biden?

A year into his presidency, and Joe Biden doesn’t even know how to pronounce the name of the person he’s tasked with leading his testing program.

Not a joke.

By his own standard, the responsibility for this testing shortage falls on Biden, and his testing timeline keeps changing:

• During the campaign, he promised the first thing he would do is ensure “access to regular, reliable, and free testing”
• In December 2020, he said, “After ten months of the pandemic, we still don't have enough testing. It's a travesty.”
• Last month, he promised enough COVID tests by the holidays.
• During the holidays, he promised tests would start going out in the “beginning of January.”
• In the beginning of January, the Biden administration said they were still finalizing the contract for tests.
• In an interview that aired today, Kamala Harris said the tests would be available next week, a claim that testing manufacturers rebuffed.

Now, after consistently overpromising, repeatedly rejecting proposals to order more tests last year, and now underdelivering, Biden’s testing strategy has become “do Google” to find tests that don’t exist.

And under Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate, millions of Americans that can’t find tests can’t even show up to work.

There’s only one word to describe Biden’s failure to supply enough tests, let alone “shut down the virus” like he promised: “It’s a travesty.”
