When it comes to the border, the hypocrisy from Democrats is clear. They are fine with the crisis as long as it’s not in their backyard. Take these comments from New York’s Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul as an example: she seems oblivious to the 5-alarm warnings border mayors have been sounding for over two years.

And for all the talk of a “plan” at the border, migrants are being released with court dates up to 10 years after crossing illegally. That’s hardly a plan. It’s to the point now where even Democrats are wondering, "Where the heck is the president of the United States?"

The answer? Not at the border or at a migrant facility. He is laughing about the crisis at the beach. Meanwhile, Republican governors are working to secure the border and House Republicans just passed the strongest border security bill in U.S. history.
