• Biden’s visit to the Granite State comes after he abandoned New Hampshire during the Democrat primary by trying to trade away its cherished first-in-the-nation status to South Carolina.
• Granite Staters are tired of suffering the consequences of Biden’s disastrous leadership.
  • Just 18 percent of Granite Staters say they are better off financially from one year ago.
  • 57 percent of Granite Staters disapprove of Biden’s job performance as president.
  • 55 percent of Granite Staters disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy and 61 percent of Granite Staters disapprove of Biden’s handling of foreign policy.
  • 83 percent of Granite Staters believe illegal immigration is a serious issue facing the United States.

BIDENOMICS IS CRUSHING THE GRANITE STATE

• Living in the “Live Free or Die” state has become increasingly unaffordable under Bidenomics as prices overall have risen by 19.9 percent since Biden took office.
• Inflation has cost the average New Hampshire family $24,113 since Biden took office, according to Congress’ Joint Economic Committee.
  • Granite Staters families have spent $8,499 more on transportation, $4,498 more on energy, $3,841 more on shelter, and $2,918 more on food on average since January 2021.
• The average price for a regular gallon of gas in New Hampshire is $1.20 more expensive per gallon since Biden took office while prices are again steadily rising.
  • New Hampshire previously saw record high gas prices under Biden’s leadership when the average price for regular gas soared to $4.99 per gallon in June 2022.
• Homeownership has become increasingly unattainable for many in New Hampshire as interest rates and mortgage rates have skyrocketed under Biden.
  • Bidenomics has forced the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates 11 times between 2022 and 2023 to combat a 40-year high in inflation.
  • In April 2024, the median price for a single-family home in New Hampshire reached a new all-time high of $515,000, up 54 percent from $335,000 in 2020.
  • To afford a median-priced home, aspiring homeowners in New Hampshire must earn over $130,000 annually as of January 2024, up 54 percent from just $84,389 in January 2020.
• Child care costs have continued to rise – the annual cost to care for two Granite State children under five neared $32,000 for 2023 and is up 12.5 percent from 2022 to 2023 for all types of care.
• Wage gains have been wiped out by Bidenflation, leaving Granite Staters with less spending power.

BIDEN HAS ALSO FAILED TO SECURE THE NORTHERN BORDER

• Illegal immigration along the northern border around New Hampshire has surged to unprecedented levels under Biden.
• Since Biden took office, Border Patrol have arrested nearly 15,000 illegal immigrants attempting to cross the northern border illegally in the Swanton Sector.
  • Earlier this month, Border Patrol in the Swanton Sector reported that they made a year's worth of apprehensions in a single week.
  • In April 2024 alone, over 1,400 illegal immigrants were arrested trying to cross illegally in the Swanton Sector, surpassing the total from fiscal years 2021 and 2022 combined.
  • In fiscal year 2023, 6,925 illegal immigrants were arrested trying to cross the border illegally in the Swanton Sector, more than the previous 12 years combined.
• Particularly troubling is that a majority of the individuals on the terror watchlist apprehended by Border Patrol are crossing through the northern border.
  • Approximately 86 percent of the people on the terror watch list who were apprehended by Border Patrol in fiscal year 2023 were encountered along the northern border.
  • Border Patrol has apprehended at least 587 people on the terror watchlist illegally crossing the northern border in fiscal years 2023 and 2024 combined.
  • The number of individuals apprehended along the northern border who are on the terror watchlist has doubled since 2017.

REPUBLICANS HAVE DELIVERED RESULTS FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE

• Granite Staters are counting on Republicans to rescue New Hampshire from Biden’s failures.
  • The latest NHJournal/Praecones Analytica poll has found that President Trump is tied with Biden in New Hampshire among registered voters, putting Biden “at risk of becoming the first Democrat to lose the state since Al Gore in 2000.”
  • Most Granite Staters expect to be better off financially a year from now because President Trump and Republicans will be in power.
    • While inflation has averaged 5 percent under Biden, inflation under President Trump averaged just 1.9 percent.
    • Similarly, real average weekly earnings increased by 8.2 percent under President Trump but have decreased by 4 percent under Biden.
  • A plurality of Granite Staters trust President Trump on illegal immigration over Biden.
