BIDEN WANTS TO BUILD NEW HAMPSHIRE BACK BROKE

Today, Biden is visiting Portsmouth, New Hampshire to promote his radical agenda while ignoring the real crises he has created.
- Biden’s visit comes after a new study reveals that a record low number of New Hampshire residents feel they will be better off financially in a year.
Granite Staters know that Biden is to blame for their suffering, with 57 percent of New Hampshire residents disapproving of Biden.
This isn’t surprising as Biden has long taken the Granite State for granted.
- While in New Hampshire in 2020, Biden said “I’ve been here a number of times … what’s not to like about Vermont.”

GRANITE STATERS ARE PAYING MORE UNDER BIDEN

Granite Staters are paying more for nearly everything and are bracing for prices to go even higher.
- Bidenflation is costing the average New Hampshire household $564 per month according to Congress’ Joint Economic Committee.
Nationally, consumer prices rose 8.5 percent last month, the largest annual increase in 40 years.
- In the Northeast, prices rose 7.3 percent, the largest increase in 40 years.
New Hampshire gas prices recently reached a new record high of $4.30 under Biden and are currently up $1.29 from one year ago.
Because of rising prices, real wages for New Hampshire workers are falling and their paychecks are worth less.

BIDEN IS FORCING HIS RADICAL AGENDA ONTO NEW HAMPSHIRE

Biden plans to “fix” rising prices by spending even more, which numerous economists have warned would lead to higher inflation and will make life harder for middle and lower-class Americans.
In March, Biden unveiled his budget for FY 2023, a $5.8 trillion spending spree chocked full of wasteful spending and higher taxes.
Biden is still attempting to force his failed “Build Back Broke” agenda onto Granite Staters, breaking his promise not to raise taxes on the middle-class.
- Biden’s agenda would cause up to 30 percent of middle-class households to pay more in taxes.

BIDEN’S OPEN BORDER POLICIES ARE FUELING AN OVERDOSE CRISIS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

Biden’s open border policies have deadly consequences – as the number of people surging to the border has increased, so has the flow of lethal drugs.
Last month alone 1,024 pounds of fentanyl were seized at the border as annual drug overdose deaths have reached record highs.
- Two-thirds of these overdose deaths have been directly linked to fentanyl and other synthetic opioids.
New Hampshire is experiencing this crisis firsthand, with overdoses on track to reach more than a thousand this year – numbers not seen since 2018.
Biden’s fentanyl crisis is so bad that New Hampshire recovery centers have begun handing out kits to test drugs for unknown opioids before they use them.
American Medical Response Regional Director Chris Stawasz: “Back in 2020, New Hampshire was one of only three states that saw a decrease in overdoses and deaths. But unfortunately it is coming back and it is coming back strong."

DEMOCRATS ARE FAILING NEW HAMPSHIRE

As Democrat candidates across the country attempt to distance themselves from Biden and Democrat leadership ahead of the 2022 election, New Hampshire Democrats aren’t afraid to show their support for the most radical members of their party.
- In the past year, Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) has voted with Chuck Schumer 97 percent of the time.
- Similarly, Rep. Chris Pappas (D-NH) has voted with Speaker Nancy Pelosi 100 percent of the time.
Hassan and Pappas have supported many of Biden’s radical plans:
- Both Hassan and Pappas supported Biden’s $1.9 trillion “stimulus,” which has overwhelmed New Hampshirites with massive inflation.
- Hassan and Pappas sided with Biden over their constituents when they spoke out against the Keystone XL pipeline.
Granite State voters know Hassan and Pappas are bad for New Hampshire as they are both “underwater” with voters.

REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP IS BRINGING BACK JOBS TO THE GRANITE STATE

Despite rising inflation, Republican Governor Chris Sununu is bringing jobs to New Hampshire and growing the economy.
- Governor Sununu has helped the state recover more than 91 percent of jobs lost to the pandemic, and as a result, New Hampshire is tied for the 5^th lowest unemployment rate in the nation.
- While Biden’s poll numbers are underwater, Governor Sununu has delivered for New Hampshire and has a 62 percent approval rating to prove it.
Governor Sununu has been named the most fiscally responsible governor in the country, producing three balanced budgets and no new taxes.
- Sununu has been able to do this while keeping the COVID pandemic under control, with New Hampshire receiving an “A” from the National Bureau of Economic Research for the state’s pandemic response.
Granite Staters trust Republican leadership will get the job done and have shown that at the ballot box recently.
- In Rochester, Republican Paul Callaghan flipped the mayor’s seat from blue to red, the first time a Republican has won here in nearly two decades.
- 46 percent of New Hampshire residents now identify with the Republican Party.
