• Since taking office, the Biden administration has made America less safe, emboldened our enemies, made our allies question our reliability, and made America dependent on foreign oil again.
  • Biden has spent his presidency crushing America’s military strength while strengthening dangerous regimes.

BIDEN’S WEAK FOREIGN POLICY HAS MADE AMERICA AND THE WORLD LESS SAFE

• Under Biden, America’s enemies are emboldened, the Taliban have a safe haven in Afghanistan again, Putin invaded Ukraine, China is menacing Taiwan, and Iran is directing assassination attempts on American soil against former U.S. officials.
• Biden has a long history of praising China and ignoring the danger it poses to American national security.  
  • Biden has downplayed the threat of China, saying “China is not our enemy,” “a rising China is a positive development” for the U.S, and that they’re “not bad folks.”
  • Biden led the effort to grant China “Most Favored Nation” status and supported their membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO).
  • Biden has repeatedly bragged about spending more time with Chinese President Xi Jinping than any other world leader.
• As President, Biden has continued his soft-on-China policy approach which has led to an emboldened China.
  • Biden is considering lifting Trump-era tariffs which would undermine U.S. attempts to hold Beijing accountable.
  • Under Biden’s watch, China has been secretly building military facilities in nearby countries, increasing its use of cyber-attacks, and targeting Taiwan economically.

UNDER BIDEN, OUR ALLIES QUESTION WHETHER AMERICA IS RELIABLE

• As a result of his botched Afghanistan withdrawal, Biden left America’s Afghan allies at the mercy of the Taliban.
• America’s partners slammed Biden for his botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
  • Then- U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson: “Nobody wants Afghanistan, once again, to be a breeding ground for terror … It’s fair to say the U.S. decision to pull out has accelerated things.”
  • Former British Cabinet Member Rory Stewart: Biden “hasn’t just humiliated America’s Afghan allies … He’s humiliated his Western allies.”
  • German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier: The images from the Kabul airport were “shameful for the political West.”
• America’s enemies saw Biden’s botched withdrawal as a sign that America would not stand with our allies.
  • Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said Biden had “accept[ed] a historic failure” and suggested it showed the U.S. is not actually committed to Israel’s security.

BIDEN IS KILLING AMERICA’S ENERGY INDUSTRY WHILE BEGGING FOREIGN COUNTRIES FOR OIL

• From his first day in office, Biden has been pushing his anti-U.S. energy agenda meant to crush American energy independence and add to rising costs for Americans.
  • The Biden administration has halted new oil and gas leases on federal lands, made it more costly to produce oil and gas on these lands, and proposed billions in new taxes on the U.S. oil and gas industry.
  • The Biden administration has leased fewer acres for oil-and-gas drilling offshore and on federal land than any other administration dating back to the end of World War II.
• After putting a chokehold on the U.S. oil and gas industry, Biden tried to beg foreign nations and even our enemies for oil.
  • At the same time Biden begged the Saudis to pump more oil, he sold millions of barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to a Chinese state-controlled gas giant.
• Even as Americans struggle to live “paycheck to paycheck” and fight high gas prices, the Biden administration’s solution has only been to tell American families to buy an expensive electric vehicle (EV), which have an average cost of nearly $67,000.

BIDEN HAS BEEN A DIVIDER-IN-CHIEF AT HOME WHILE AMERICA’S ENEMIES UNITE ABROAD

• Biden is sitting back as Russia, China, and Iran strengthen their dangerous partnerships.
• While the U.S. suffers under Biden’s energy policies, Russia has become China’s top supplier of oil for a second month while China has quietly supported Russia’s war in Ukraine.
• Russia has partnered with Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, in an effort to get more military drones for its war against Ukraine – with Iran recently sending its first shipment of drones.
• Biden is considering lifting conventional arms embargoes and sanctions on Iran which would increase China and Russia’s dominance in the Middle East.
• China has been arming Iran, and subsequently Iran’s dangerous proxy groups throughout the Middle East, with drones.
