As kids head out on Halloween night, parents can’t help but fear the rising crime rates and overwhelming influx of drugs flooding into their neighborhoods.
Fentanyl deaths continue to rise from Biden’s open border policies, and now the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration warns new brightly colored “rainbow fentanyl” pills are targeting young Americans.
For voters everywhere, crime is a major concern heading into the midterm elections, but for parents rising crime and their children’s safety is always a worry.
- In Democrat-run cities, major crimes like aggravated assaults, carjackings, and robberies continue to rise higher than previous years.

PARENTS MUST BE MORE VIGILANT WHILE TRICK-OR-TREATING

As kids fill their candy buckets on Halloween night, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is warning parents as brightly colored “rainbow fentanyl” is becoming increasingly prevalent.
- “Rainbow fentanyl” has been designed to look like candy, with officials reporting the illicit drug has been discovered disguised as skittles, whoppers, and sweetarts.
Because of Biden’s open border policies, drugs are flooding into the U.S., causing a crisis across the country.
- 1,826 pounds of deadly fentanyl and 10,612 pounds of methamphetamine were seized at the southern border in September alone, with much more likely getting through.
- Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for Americans age 18-45, and even children, some younger than 6 years old, are dying from fentanyl overdoses.
Whether its rainbow fentanyl or other illicit drugs, Biden and Democrats have no plan to stop this crisis.
- All 50 Democrat Senators voted against hiring 18,000 Border Patrol Agents that could add much needed manpower to the border to stop the flow of drugs.
- Democrats like John Fetterman support taxpayer-funded drug dens and “decriminalizing [drugs] across the board,” including heroin.
- Democrat Mayor of San Francisco London Breed opened a drug sobering center in her town that has residents seeing a spike in drug use as well as crime.

NEIGHBORHOODS ARE LESS SAFE THANKS TO DEMOCRATS’ SOFT-ON-CRIME POLICIES

Families are seeing crime take over their neighborhoods and cities thanks to Democrat’s soft-on-crime policies.
- According to a Harvard Caps/Harris poll, 64 percent of Americans blame “woke politicians” for the recent spike in crime.
In Democrat-run Philadelphia, robberies with guns are up 60 percent this year, in New York City grand larceny is up 48 percent, and in Chicago carjackings are up 43 percent.
Democrat Senate candidates like Raphael Warnock, Cheri Beasley, John Fetterman, Tim Ryan, and Mandela Barnes all support ending cash bail which would lead to more criminals back on the streets.
As a result of Democrats’ defund the police push, major Democrat-run cities like New York City, Portland, and Louis have seen their police forces shrink at alarming rates.
- In Portland, Oregon, where police department staffing is down 15 percent thanks to defunding, 82 percent of voters want more police according to a poll by The Oregonian/OregonLive.
A recent NPR poll found a quarter of American adults say they live in fear of being attacked in their own neighborhoods.
- An Indianapolis mom: “You ain’t even safe in your own home.”
- Los Angeles resident Teri Steelman: “That’s pretty scary … to know that especially in broad daylight I can’t walk down my street without fear of being attacked.”
- Philadelphia resident: “I’m scared to come out my home, we all are! … Who wants to live like that?”
Neighborhood mom and pop shops and companies everywhere have either closed their doors or moved their business elsewhere as crime and drugs plague their cities.
