• Biden’s trip to New York comes as a crime wave is hitting the state because of one-party Democrat rule.

  • Hochul’s vaccine mandate led to the loss of more than 70 health care workers overnight, forcing Long Beach’s only emergency room to shut down.
  • On Tuesday, the New York Supreme Court reinstated all unvaccinated employees fired by Hochul’s mandate and ordered backpay for violating their rights.
  • Yet Hochul doubled down on her vaccine mandate this week, saying she “would do it all over again.”
• Under Democrat Mayor Eric Adams, New York City alone fired 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year.
