Raphael Warnock Is A Far-Left Radical Whose Failed Economic Policies, Soft-On-Crime Agenda, And Anti-Energy Plans Are Out-Of-Step With Georgia Voters

WARNOCK IS TOO RADICAL FOR GEORGIA

• As Senator, Raphael Warnock has consistently supported far-left policies that raise taxes on low- and middle-income Americans, increase energy costs for families, and embolden criminals.
• Warnock’s extreme record includes multiple domestic disputes with his ex-wife, support for police-hating radicals, and anti-Israel comments.
  • This month marks 20 years since Warnock was arrested for obstructing a police investigation into a child abuse case.
• Only 31 percent of Georgians approve of the job Biden’s doing, with Warnock voting in lock-step with Biden over 96 percent of the time.

WARNOCK JUST VOTED TO RAISE TAXES AND INCREASE IRS AUDITS ON GEORGIA WORKERS

• Earlier this month, Warnock voted for the Democrats’ radical Bidenflation Scam – a bill which would raise taxes on Georgians making as little as $20,000 a year and increase IRS audits disproportionately on low-income and minority communities.
  • Warnock voted to give the IRS $80 billion to hire 87,000 new IRS agents.
  • Last year, the IRS audited Americans earning $25,000 a year at five times the rate of other groups and directed “more than half” of its audits at those making less than $75,000.
  • A 2019 study found that the five counties with the highest audit rates are all predominantly Black.
• Warnock even voted against an amendment to the Bidenflation Scam bill that would have protected Americans making less than $400,000 a year from additional IRS audits.
  • He also opposed an amendment that would have increased tax cuts for working families, including the child tax credit and the dependent care credit.
• As working-class families struggle to make ends meet thanks to inflation, Georgians know Warnock is to blame for rising prices.
  • In 2021, Warnock voted for Biden’s $1.9 trillion “stimulus,” which even liberal economists admit fueled inflation.

WARNOCK’S ANTI-ENERGY POLICIES ARE SLAMMING GEORGIA FAMILIES WITH HIGHER ENERGY BILLS

• Prices in Georgia have risen nearly 14 percent since January 2021, costing working-class families an extra $688 last month alone.
  • Since Warnock made his way to Washington, D.C., the average family in Georgia has paid an extra $1,500 in energy costs.
• Warnock wants to destroy Georgia’s energy industry, killing thousands of middle-class jobs in the process.
  • In 2020, Warnock claimed: “I think we need to be moving away from an economy that’s based on fossil fuels, that’s the way of the past and we need to be moving toward the future."
• Since he took office, Warnock has made it his mission to destroy American energy independence.
  • In 2021, Warnock voted against advancing the Keystone Pipeline four separate times – a project which would have created 11,000 jobs and generated $1.6 billion in gross wages.
  • In 2021, Warnock voted against canceling Biden’s ban on oil and gas leasing on federal lands.
  • Warnock voted three times against legislation that would prohibit a ban on fracking.
• Warnock received a 100 percent lifetime rating from the League of Conservation Voters, an advocacy group that supports the Green New Deal and “phasing out new fossil fuel leasing.”

WARNOCK’S SOFT-ON-CRIME POLICIES ARE MAKING GEORGIANS LESS SAFE

• Warnock has a history of supporting anti-police and soft-on-crime policies that embolden criminals at the expense of law enforcement and hardworking Georgians.
• In 2018, Warnock advocated for ending the cash-bail system and continued defending the radical policy even after it led to a 100 percent increase in released offenders failing to appear in court.
  • In Fulton County alone, suspects with over 2,000 felony charges – including child molesters and drug dealers – were released from jail in 2019 thanks to Warnock’s anti-bail policy.
• With violent crime on the rise in Georgia, Warnock worked to dismantle part of Atlanta’s jail system, allocating $4 million to build a “diversion” center where repeat offenders could go as an “alternative” to jail.
• Warnock has also targeted the men and women of law enforcement directly, calling them “thug[s],” “gangster[s],” and “bullies.”
  • During a June 2015 sermon, Warnock said police officers “often” endanger children and cause them “more trouble.”
  • In September 2020, Warnock praised a guest preacher at his church after he claimed modern policing is rooted in slavery and expressed support for defunding the police.
• Warnock supports policies that aid and abet convicted criminals and illegal immigrants.
  • In 2021, Warnock voted against two amendments that would have prevented $1,400 stimulus checks from going to prisoners and illegal immigrants.
  • Warnock voted against an amendment that would have increased funding for local law enforcement to “ensure violent criminals remain behind bars.”
  • Warnock voted at least twice against legislation to continue construction on the border wall and opposed bills designed to fund Title 42 – a policy which would help secure the border.
• Warnock has also accepted endorsements from organizations that support defunding the police.
  • Warnock has a 100 percent scorecard rating from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which has called for defunding the police and linked law enforcement to “slave patrols.”

WARNOCK WON’T PROTECT GEORGIA’S FAMILIES

• In 2020, Warnock was accused of “deliberately” running over his ex-wife’s foot during a domestic dispute.
• In a 2022 lawsuit, Warnock’s ex-wife accused him of “neglecting” their children and refusing to reimburse her for child care costs that have left her “financially strapped.”
  • His ex-wife has said he “routinely neglects” to communicate when he is leaving town during visitation days and that the time he has spent with his children has drastically decreased since gaining his seat in the Senate, violating their agreement.
• While Warnock is seemingly unable to pay back his ex-wife for childcare expenses, he has no problem using his multi-million dollar campaign fund to pay for legal fees.
• Warnock’s ex-wife has also accused him of harassment after he attempted to subpoena her college transcripts during their child custody dispute.
  • Despite this, Warnock requested his child custody case be sealed from the public, arguing he should be given special treatment for being an elected official.

WARNOCK’S WOKE IDEOLOGIES AND RHETORIC

• Last August, Warnock voted against an amendment that would prevent federal funds from being used to promote critical race theory in pre-k, elementary, and secondary schools.
• In 2020, Warnock invited Frederick Haynes III, a preacher who said President Trump’s election was a “spiritual and moral 9/11” and who is a supporter of anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan, to address his congregation.
  • During a 2013 speech, Warnock praised Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam – a designated “hate group” – as an “important” voice.
• Warnock has repeatedly praised and defended anti-Semite Jeremiah Wright’s “God Damn America” sermon, in which Wright compared U.S. leaders to Al Qaeda and claimed HIV was invented to kill Black people.
• Warnock called Fidel Castro’s legacy “complex” and compared it to America’s during a church service in 2016.
  • In 1995, Warnock was a youth pastor at a New York City church that hosted and praised Fidel Castro.
• In 2019, Warnock compared Israel to the apartheid in South Africa and other “oppressive regimes.”
  • In 2018, Warnock claimed Israel attacks “unarmed Palestinian sisters and brothers like birds of prey.”
  • In 2014, Warnock described Jesus as a “poor Palestinian prophet,” which is often used to deny Jewish people’s connection to their historical homeland.
• Warnock has repeatedly praised his mentor James Cone who called for the “destruction of everything white,” said white Christians are practicing the “theology of the antichrist,” and described white people as “satanic.”
  • In 2016, Warnock claimed Americans needed to “repent” for their “worship of whiteness” and for supporting Trump.
• In 2017, Warnock called members of the U.S. Senate “gangsters” and “thugs” and accused them of wanting to “kill children” after voting for the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
• During a 2019 sermon, Warnock claimed authorities treated the opioid crisis and the crack epidemic differently because the “faces of the [opioid crisis] are white.”
• During a 2011 sermon, Warnock argued Americans could not serve both “God and the military.”

WARNOCK IS AN ABORTION RADICAL

• Despite 85 percent of Americans supporting limits on abortion, Warnock voted for and co-sponsored the “Abortion For All Act” – a bill which would enshrine abortion in federal law up until the moment of birth, with effectively no limits, and allow for taxpayer funded abortions.
• Warnock refers to himself as being a “pro-choice pastor.”
• Warnock claimed he was “proud” and “grateful” to receive an endorsement from NARAL – an extreme, pro-abortion group.
• When asked about legal limits on abortion, Warnock only said, “I support a woman’s right to choose.”
• Warnock refused to answer whether he supports religious liberty protections for pro-life health care providers.
  • 83 percent of Americans favor conscience protections for pro-life doctors, nurses, and health care providers.
