Disgraced Biden DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has officially been impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives — the first cabinet secretary to be impeached in nearly 150 years.

It’s a fitting distinction for Mayorkas, who has overseen — and helped orchestrate — the worst border crisis in American history.

Mayorkas was impeached over his “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law” and “breach of public trust” — a direct violation of his oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and uphold the country’s laws as passed by Congress.

Instead, Mayorkas subverted the law again and again. Mayorkas and Biden implemented a “catch-and-release” scheme that paved the way for millions of illegal immigrants to be released directly into U.S. communities. They misused “parole” authority, giving more than a million unvetted illegal immigrants a backdoor into the country. Then Mayorkas lied about the border crisis — under oath.

It’s clear Biden and Mayorkas don’t care about the border crisis; Biden could end it immediately if he wanted.

It’s all by design.
